A Property Law Section Accredited Specialist is identified by this symbol White star in a blue circle.

To be eligible for this status, the lawyer has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in property law and this is their main field of practice. In addition, the lawyer participates in ongoing property-specific legal education, and demonstrates that they keep up to date in the property law field, to offer a better service to their clients.

This includes attending or presenting at specialist seminars and workshops, completing extra property-related study, or having articles published in the New Zealand Law Society magazine LawTalk or the Property Law Section publication The Property Lawyer.
